When 11 year-old Rosa Garcia disappears from an El Paso, Texas playground, Sheriff Leo Tellez hires Penny Larkin, a new comer to controlled remote viewing. Hoping to find Rosa, quickly Sherriff Tellez takes a big chance on Penny, but quickly fires her when she can't find the child fast enough. Penny decides to find Rosa on her own, and runs smack into a Russian child trafficking ring. Now both she and Rosa are in the clutches of this ruthless international gang. Will Penny find a way to save both Rosa and herself from this ruthless criminal enterprise?
