To survive jumping out of an airplane as it breaks apart over the Pacific Ocean and enduring raging storm after raging storm and then being hurled over a jagged rocky reef while clinging to seat cushions-washing up on a deserted Island beach-should be impossible. Yet, this is where two strangers, Beth and Ned, find themselves, clinging to the hope of being rescued and each other as their emotions explode into a passionate romance, fueled by the reality they may not survive and, if they do, never see another human being again for the rest of their lives.
