This 4-Port SATA PCIe Adapte uses a combination of Asmedia high performance chips (ASM1061+ASM1093) to extend 4 SATA Ports. Each Serial ATA port supports transmission speeds up to 6Gbps, and has backward compatibility to legacy SATA 1.5Gbps or 3Gbps drives.
