Consumer Sales Law

This work sets out to cover fully the supply of goods against the legal background of a widening choice of financing arrangements and growing consumer protection. It covers a wide range of topics and seeks to demonstrate their inter-action in practice. This novel approach, putting forward a new concept of consumer sales law by setting the relevant parts of the law and practice against their economic and social backgrounds, has involved the bringing together of branches of the law which, until recently, had not been thought of as closely related.
