Emotion regulation in geriatric care

Hardly any other profession is as strongly characterised by the need to regulate and temporarily suppress one's own emotions as nursing. This book examines fundamental aspects of emotion regulation, the genesis of emotions, and the links between emotions and mental health. It also explores whether there is a connection between the emotion regulation skills of geriatric nurses and their professional experience.
