Face Trauma Care Services

Brazilian cities have been the scene of violent acts resulting from an increase in crime, car accidents, violent sporting activities, falls and interpersonal aggression. From the point of view of dentistry, attention should be paid to the face, which has been the target of constant trauma and injury, as it is the first point of interaction between people. The aim of this study was to diagnose and analyse the situation of facial trauma care in the state of Sergipe in terms of the structure and functioning of medium and high complexity referral services (hospitals and outpatient clinics).
