After struggling in the business world for over twenty years, I've gathered many experiences of both success and failure. What I've realized is that there is no fixed formula for achieving success or facing failure. So, I've made it a firm rule in my mind to keep working and putting in effort without getting discouraged by failure or overly excited by success. This book is about my journey from being a laborer under the Employment Guarantee Scheme to becoming a small-scale entrepreneur. There's still a long way to go. Now, having reached my forties with all these experiences, it feels like I'm just beginning to truly understand practical life. 'Udyoginama' is my attempt to share nearly two decades of experiences-both productive and unproductive-and the thoughts that emerged from them.
