Hannah Smith was murdered. She must find out who did it. Issabella Ross (aka Bella), her best friend, has a special ability to see spirits bound to Earth. Together they will follow the clues, already gathered by Detective Frank, and find a few of their own. The city is shut down, but it didn't stop another cheerleader from being kidnapped.
