Set in North West England, cities burn with a sudden orange haze, birthing horrors from within. When bombs hit the United Kingdom, they unleash radiation that births out the noise-hungry Glowborns-blistered, red-eyed mutants. Police Officer Tom wakes up to a sudden power outage, tracing through the streets of North West England, trying to find answers.
