International Litigation Procedure

International Litigation Procedure is the only periodical to report regularly, in English, judgments of national courts and the European Court of Justice concerning the procedural issues arising out of transnational litigation. * Contains all European Court of Justice decisions on the EC Judgments Convention (Brussels) 1968, along with cases from European national courts. It also reports judgments of courts in the US and Canada, which raise important topical points of law in the area of transnational litigation * Foreign judgments are translated by legally qualified translators * The information section includes an update of the cases before the European Court of Justice, and summaries of national cases decided but not yet reported, together with state of ratifications of the various judgments conventions ILPr complements Common Market Law Reports in that area by reporting decisions from the European Court of Justice and the EU national jurisdictions.
