Justice on a Cold Platter

This is the true story of a young detective investigating his firm homicide. When he began, he would have had no way of knowing he would come face to face with pure evil. The suspect was a student of espionage, counter-espionage, and surveillance techniques who could pick locks, tap phones, and stalk his prey. He was a weapons expert and body builder who at 6' 2" and 220 lbs. would have his way.
