The development of this study was supported to this end, and it continued to verify the use and importance attributed to knowledge management practices as a contribution to product and service innovation in companies in the furniture sector. This work is the result of a master's thesis in Management and Regional Development at UNIOESTE, with the collaboration of UNIOESTE researcher and professor Claudio Mioranza, PhD in Nuclear Materials Technology from IPEN/USP (2009) and Master's in Administration and Marketing from UFPB (2007). Adjunct Professor D at UNIOESTE since 1988, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses related to management. He has experience in the field of Administration, with an emphasis on Marketing.
