Merry Monarchs Chasing Dreams

At the court of the "Merry Monarch," newly-crowned King Charles II, they call Cassia Montefort "Lady Winter." Amid the decadence of the life at Whitehall Palace, she is the untouchable ice princess, a favorite of His Majesty, some even say a royal mistress.
