With Israel being in the news regularly now, the book examines the following very important question about Elijah the Tishbite. The Apostles asked Jesus why the teachers of the law said the Elijah the Tishbite had to return from heaven before the Messiah appeared in the Promised Land. It seems the teachers of the law believed Elijah the Tishbite would introduce the people to the Messiah. Jesus did not agree with them.
