Moonlight and Wishes

Joey is a fearless and adventuresome little boy. But he is also lonely. One evening, longing for a friend, he wishes upon a star and is whisked away on a magical horse named Starlight. Together, they take an enchanted adventure into the night sky and discover where the wishes go when children make them, and what it takes to make a wish come true.
