The disciplines of change management and asset management are interchangeable. Asset management seeks to deliver and sustain value as it is achieved (realized), and change management is how we get to the destination of sustained value.I want to share my experiences and insights into what hasn't worked right through to what has worked. My purpose here is to transfer that knowledge to you to enable you to make informed decisions and understand change management as a core capability of an organization, but also acknowledge that every organization on earth is already undertaking asset management.
