Together they learn ways to make future experiences easier for the mind and body.Roberto Salinas created the vision of a self-help book for the entire family to enjoy. Roberto has over 25 years of experience as a social worker and a decade working within the child welfare system. Roberto has witnessed many of the displaced youth within the foster care system being moved from resource homes. These removals were often due to trauma-related behaviors or difficult to manage emotions. Roberto always envisioned creating a trauma informed training geared towards any guardian caring for children. It is the intent that this book will prepare families to effectively manage behaviors and overwhelming emotions.
