I want to thank the relatives who fed me such delicious meals and shared their recipes freely. Special thanks to an amazing mother-in-law Kelley and Grandma Carol who are masters in the Kitchen. I also want to thank my Husband for his support throughout writing this book, for helping me in the garden, the coop, and kitchen and not to forget for being so good at hunting and fishing that we get to eat fresh, clean meats.
