Rocky

Rocky is a happy dog, cared for daily by his adopted Mommy and Daddy. He enjoys being outside, playing with his Daddy by the pond, and taking walks together. One day, Mommy and Daddy aren't there, and some people Rocky doesn't know come to their home to care for him. Where did his parents go? Are they coming back? Rocky is a book about a dog's emotional and confusing journey dealing with love and loss. Written from a dog's perspective as he surveys his changing world, the book also offers situational opportunities for discussion with young children about the loss of loved ones.
