Secret Balancing Act

Dedication. Perseverance. Compassion. Integrity. You would not think of these terms as traits that would not be undesirable or problematic, would you? Yet, the irony is that these are some of the attributes which, when added to situational issues can cause professional and personal burnout to such a degree as to result in a type of subtle clinical depression now found in many people whose lifestyles or jobs would be categorized as high stress.
