Esto le ha causado sobrepeso y provoca las burlas de sus compañeros. Solamente sus amigos Alex y Ana lo tratan bien y le recomiendan alimentarse de manera sana. Pero no es sino hasta que don Ari, el dueño de la tienda de la esquina, sufre un ataque al corazón que resulta fatal, cuando Andrés comprende el significado de la frase "Somos lo que comemos".
