This book is an accumulation of insights that come from a season of my life that required meto spend time in meditation, prayer, and reflecting on my life and behaviors while trying to findpeace after divorcing and trying to start a new business. I wanted to hold myself accountablefor my part in my relationship falling apart.I realized that I had a lot of self-righteous thinking and that my perception of life had been taintedby my belief systems and heavily influenced by societal norms. I spent a lot of mornings on the beach watching the sunrise contemplating how I could havemade better choices. After going through a hurtful yet insightfulseason of growth, I felt that these thoughts could help others maneuverer through life a little easier.
