Systemic Analysis and Redesign

This book is about the utopia of a possible education. Education systems in Africa have been labeled or evaluated as collapsed systems. From the perspective of this book, there is a need to deconstruct this limiting paradigm in order to achieve systemic change, school renewal and pedagogical innovation. The ARS is therefore a proposal for an analytical model of the regenerative possibilities of SEs and the promotion of systemic development. This begins by recognizing the complexity of the education system, which presupposes the adoption of a systemic approach, in which the systemic fact is understood as a holistic unit.
