Temporomandibular joint is a complex joint comprising of the temporal bone, condyle and articular disc. Temporomandibular joint dysfunctions are conditions affecting the jaw joints and surrounding muscles and ligaments . These dysfunctions cause difficulty in mouth opening, clicking sounds, headaches, muscle and ear pain as well.
