The African Maid

Esther's mother, Ewa, could not survive the times without doing menial jobs. She becomes the maid of the people. Upon this, her efforts to pay for the excursion to the airport Esther holds most dear are frustrated.The landlord is a challenge. He wants all his rent. Her employers are not helping ... they do not often pay her the right wages.Her last chance to get a job is on her birthday.
