These are like a basic-tool-set that would enable administrators to have situational awareness and deeper insight when making day-to-day decisions and when framing public policies. These contain some topics that could help a leader or administrator make more informed decisions with regard to policy-making.The THIRD Part of the BookThe THIRD part consists of 'Chapters' that are a must-read for any leader or administrator.
