Dr. Amos Lenet, a brilliant yet bored-to-tears physics professor, designed a portal to transport anyone into another universe. He tried to convince his elderly next-door neighbor to come with him, but Jake wanted no danger in his remaining years. Amos strode through the sparkling circle but discovered he couldn't return.
