Self Empowerment Theory and its clinical application, Self Empowerment Therapy and Single Session Self Empowerment Therapy evolved through the clinical application of the therapy with over 6000 patients from a cohort suffering from PTSD, acute grief, loss, addictions, anxiety and depression.
