Towards Language Inclusivity in the Cyber space

This book is all about cyber inclusion of a non English language speaking natives, particularly those of low-resource languages. An instance of African most populous country - Nigeria, where a significant percentage of its population are excluded from cyber participation due to linguistic impediments. The author therefore, developed and architectural blueprint that will accommodate a non English speaking natives to participate, contribute and benefit from cyber information access and retrieval regardless their linguistic orientation. Thus, addressing the socio- economic and cultural implications of cyber exclusion of natives.
