4-Chlorbenzolsulfonylchlorid-Derivate: Synthese und spektrale Charakterisierung von N-substituierten Sulfonamiden, abgeleitet 4-Chlorbenzolsulfonylchlorid

Verschiedene N-substituierte Sulfonamide wurden durch Umsetzung von 4-Chlorbenzolsulfonylchlorid mit 2-Methoxyanilin und 2 -Ethyl-6-methylanilin, um 4-Chlor-N-(2-methoxyphenyl)benzolsulfonamid bzw. 4-Chlor-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl)benzolsulfonamid zu bilden. Unter Verwendung von 4-Chlor-N-(2-methoxyphenyl) benzolsulfonamid und 4-Chlor-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl) benzolsulfonamid wurden verschiedene N-substituierte Alkyl-/Arylderivate synthetisiert, woraus 4-Chlor-N-ethyl-N-(2-methoxyphenyl) benzolsulfonamid, N-Benzyl-4-chlor-N-(2-methoxyphenyl) benzensulfonamid, 4-Chlor-N-(4-chlorbenzyl)-N-(2-methoxyphenyl) benzensulfonamid, N-Benzyl-4-chlor-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl) benzensulfonamid, 4-Chlor-N-ethyl-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl) benzolsulfonamid und 4-Chlor-N-(4-chlorbenzyl)-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl) benzolsulfonamid. Die Strukturaufklärung der synthetisierten Derivate erfolgte mittels Schmelzpunktbestimmung sowie IR- und 1H-NMR-Spektralanalyse, die die Bildung von 4-Chlor-benzolsulfonylchlorid-Derivaten bestätigten.
