Bol Cameron is a burned out paramedic who has always dreamed of becoming a doctor. On the brink of returning to school to finally pursue medicine, he decides to take one last breath before the final plunge-a much needed escape to New York City. Staying with best friends, Asia and Red, Cameron wanders through the city's pulse and possibility, sometimes as a trio and sometimes completely alone. But the trip is far from simple. Haunted by unhealed trauma and distracted by temptations of the flesh, Cameron battles the parts of themself never fully confronted. This is not just a vacation-it's a reckoning. One that Cameron is determined to make the most of before stepping into life's next chapter.
