Bol Partner In the mid-1970’s, Matt Mullican developed a unique artistic language based on pictograms, diagrams and cosmological models. In reaction to conceptual art, this return to the image made the American artist one of the represantatives of the Picture Generation. This catalogue was published on the occasion of the exhibition ‘Matt Mullican. Representing the Work’ at MAC’s Grand Hornu, 16.02–18.10.2020.
