A Blue Print

This book about educational reformation is a must-read for educational reform measures to initiate in schools, work with marginalized or low-performing students, strategies for improving relationships, and problem-solving community concerns. Described herein is the journey to reveal a reform program and model made up of categories and components that were tested right at seven years and proven to show how a school progressed from below average to a successful school of excellence. This particular reform model turned around student performances, the school operations, and the school status. There were improved reading levels, improved classroom performances, improved test scores, and improved teacher effectiveness which all increased consecutive school terms under the leadership of the author as principal. The reform model has strategies for improving relationships as well as for personal growth and improvement. Also included in the components of the reform model are ways to problem-solve community cares and concerns using other people to address needed educational measures.
