A Little Lost, Lot Alive: Story of Dreams, Detours, and Becoming Herself

She had the life people told her to want. Then she built the one she actually wanted.Lizzie is living a simple, happy life with her dogs who treat the apartment as their personal kingdom, a husband who still brings home sunflowers on ordinary Tuesdays, and a life that looks, from the outside, exactly like the one she always dreamed of.But beneath the travel magnets and the good years are the stories women rarely say out loud, the negotiations you make just to exist, the grief that doesn't announce itself, the fights that repeat until you finally learn something, and the quiet, radical act of choosing a life that doesn't look like anyone else's. Of knowing what you want. Of knowing, just as clearly, what you don't.Told across fifteen chapters, each one a different season of a woman's life.A Little Lost, A Lot Alive is a book about dreams and the detours that shape them. About love that holds and love that costs. About the version of yourself you protect even when everything around you is asking you to shrink. And about the particular courage it takes to stand tall, even on the hardest days."If you dare to dream, you owe it to yourself to make it real."
