A Rocky Rugrat: Rollins Mystery

Rocky's ex-husband Holy is petrified. His estranged sister vanishes, leaving her baby in her car. Inept FBI agents refuse to connect his sister's disappearance to a bank robbery committed in the same strip mall. Rocky knows better. The authorities delegate Holy to care for his niece Bubbles, an unruly toddler he didn't know existed.
