What is meditation? Meditation is grace! Meditation is the grace of existence; it happens! Meditation cannot be done. What is done is a method, an action, but meditation means happening-it unfolds! Meditation is grace, the grace of the Supreme, and it happens!What does meditation mean? Meditation unfolds, which means the mind is absent there, it is a state of non-doing. There, the mind is not present, thoughts do not arise, there is no conflict, no sides, no duality, no good or bad, no virtue or sin-nothing at all! Because if you try to do anything, there is distraction. Distraction means it is not meditation. Meditation means being completely beyond all calculations and actions to become calm and relaxed.
