Bol The objective of this study was to investigate the relationships between the following topics: Corporate Finance, Organizational Strategy, and Organizational Culture. It is an empirical study that sought to demonstrate the possibility of changing the form of payment of Profit Sharing through a fund of non-negotiable shares (debentures), where internal stakeholders cease to be simple participants and become shareholders. in which Satisfaction, Commitment, and Value Addition were considered as variables to prove the hypotheses. The study demonstrates that, once the beliefs and values of the constructs are satisfied, such a change can add value to all involved. The study and research, without mere pretension, could and should be admitted into the class of studies of the "New Institutional Economics," since, in a way, it opens the so-called "black box." "Black box" was a term used by Williamson (1975) in his studies on organizations, but in this investigation, we decided to also include unions, since throughout this work, we were able to uncover a global lack of knowledge about their strategic and organizational policies. SMJ.
