The number of children diagnosed with ADHD has been rising for years. Whereas it used to be considered 'normal' or even expected that boys would be more restless and fidgety than girls, today this is quickly diagnosed. Children are categorised according to common classification systems and pigeonholed. Children should be allowed to be children and discover the world in their own way.
