Pollinators, and particularly honeybees, occupy a central role in both natural and agricultural ecosystems. As keystone species, they are indispensable to plant reproduction, biodiversity maintenance, and global food security. Recently, environmental stressors, pathogen dynamics, pesticide exposure, habitat degradation, and climate change have been recognized as interacting, often in synergistic ways, thus shaping pollinator resilience and survival. A comprehensive understanding of these relationships is essential for designing effective conservation strategies and ensuring long-term ecological stability. This Special Issue of Insects, entitled 'Advances in the Health, Behavior, and Physiology of Honeybees and Other Pollinators', brings together cutting-edge contributions that address these urgent challenges.
