Always a Reason to Celebrate

Through grief and loss, the everyday and the mundane, there's always a reason to celebrate. When God revealed the word Celebrate as a topic of focus for the year, little did Michele know it would be the same year both of her parents would slip into eternity, four months apart to the day. While sorrow threatened to crush her, and on some days, the couch was as far as she could move, the reminder that this was a year to celebrate was her motivation to find joy in the small, everyday happenings around her. She began to ask herself what lessons God wanted to teach her.As Michele wonders, "How does one find joy and celebration in the midst of grief? Why must joy and sorrow walk hand in hand along the path of life?
