In the near future, a genetic mutation has led to an increasing number of girls being born and fewer boys. After several decades, the world's population is 75% female. This demographic shift is slowly transforming all areas of society from politics to economics to social structures.While some countries try to preserve the old patriarchal system, in others women are increasingly taking over power. Old norms are being questioned, and new social models are emerging.
