Amelia Mariposa: The woman who emerged from herself

Amelia is 34 years old and has a life that, from the outside, seems stable. But inside something has fractured. Insomnia, anxiety and a persistent feeling of emptiness push her towards a crisis that she cannot fully explain. What begins as an apparent collapse-a faint in the middle of a religious ceremony-becomes the beginning of a much deeper process: a rupture of the paradigm that had sustained his identity. Raised in a community where faith was confused with obedience and silence was a form of love, Amelia begins to question not only her beliefs, but the history she has carried in her body since childhood. Through the accompaniment of a transpersonal psychologist and intense experiences such as holotropic breathing, memories, emotions and understandings emerge that force her to look at what remained hidden for years: trauma, guilt and fear.
