We all face loss, but it does not have to break us forever. After my sister Karen was murdered in 1972, I spent 26 years living in secret pain. Writing in a journal finally helped me process my grief, find my resilience, and heal. Over the last 27 years, journaling has carried me through many more devastating losses. I am sharing my private journal now through An Anthology of Loss, Healing, and Resilience to help guide others through their own grief, and to show that healing is possible.
