Analysis Methodology

When the need is identified to develop new functionalities in the system or change something that already exists, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of these demands in order to define the requirements and detail what is to be implemented.Several stages of analysis must be carried out from identifying the need to releasing it for development. The purpose of this manual is to document the activities related to analysis, how we work in the project management system, which is currently Redmine, and how the Analysis documentation is drawn up for any Hospital Management System solution.
