Draft anarcho-communist constitution. Developed on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. Contains 10 chapters and used literature. The preamble reads: "We, the people of the independent system, proceeding from the responsibility for the present and future of the system, realizing ourselves a full-fledged subject of the world community and reaffirming our commitment to universal values, based on our inalienable right to self-determination, preservation of national identity and sovereignty, relying on the centuries-old history of the system's development, cultural and spiritual traditions, affirming the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the foundations of the legal system and socially just society, wishing to ensure a peaceful and democratic society, and the right of the people of the Republic of Belarus to a peaceful and just society.
