Antistatic Special Clothing for Electrical Power Workers

This monograph outlines the issues of developing antistatic workwear for electrical power workers in Uzbekistan. To date, there is no technology for developing materials for summer anti-electrostatic suits, as the main type of special clothing, that guarantees a stable protective effect. In addition, the electrification processes of protective suits under operating conditions have practically not been studied. To prevent accidents caused by electrostatic hazards, it would be advisable to have a system for continuous monitoring of the electrostatic field strength near the surface of the suit. Creating a rational, integrated system for individual protection against electrostatic hazards and elevated temperatures remains an urgent research task. Therefore, additional research is needed on the physical processes occurring in the material package, the nature of interactions under conditions of static electricity and elevated temperatures in the "Man - Clothing - Environment" system, and the properties of textile materials for special clothing, taking into account complex operating conditions.
