Approaches to occupational health management from the perspective of

More and more companies are already implementing or planning measures to promote the health of their employees. On the one hand, companies demonstrate social responsibility towards their employees by implementing preventive health measures. On the other hand, companies are increasingly faced with the challenge of finding solutions to reduce absenteeism due to illness and maintain working capacity until retirement. Dealing with stress, mental illness and musculoskeletal disorders is becoming increasingly important. This is where occupational health management comes in. But what are the specific motivations for companies to do something for the health of their employees? What requirements and promises do companies see when it comes to designing an occupational health management system? And what measures are already known or have already been implemented? This paper addresses these questions.
