Are You Saved or a Disciple?

Are you merely saved-or are you truly following Jesus Christ as His disciple? Salvation is God's gracious gift through faith in Jesus Christ. But salvation is not the end of the Christian journey. It is the beginning of a lifelong call to follow Christ, grow in His likeness, obey His Word, and help others become disciples. Are You Saved or Are You a Disciple? invites believers to prayerfully examine the difference between professing faith in Christ and living as a committed follower of Christ. Beginning with the biblical meaning of salvation and God's plan of redemption, the book follows the message of Scripture to the coming and ministry of Jesus Christ, His call to discipleship, the cost and marks of following Him, the obstacles believers encounter, and the Great Commission given to every follower of Christ. Written for individual believers, new Christians, Bible-study groups, church discipleship classes, pastors, teachers, and Christian leaders, this book presents discipleship as a practical, daily walk with Jesus. The central challenge is simple: Are we content merely to be identified as Christians, or are we becoming faithful disciples who reflect the character of Christ and help others follow Him? Salvation is the doorway. Discipleship is the journey. The Great Commission is the mission.
