She earned an MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007 and an MFA in creative writing from Sarah Lawrence College in 2004. She has published in academic and creative venues; her publications include a chapter in The Feminist Reference Desk (Library Juice Press) and poems in Prairie Schooner.
