Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration

State institutions are currently facing significant modernization challenges due to the growing demand for quality goods and services, as well as the need to improve their institutional productivity. Raising awareness among decision makers about the importance of implementing quality management systems incorporating artificial intelligence to improve their processes is fundamental, since by their nature, they need to adapt to the growing demands of efficiency, transparency and responsiveness to meet the multiple needs of citizens and contribute to the solution of complex contemporary problems, as well as to face challenges such as resistance to change, excessive bureaucracy, corruption, which hinder their continuous improvement to promote greater interaction between citizens and the State.
